FLARE - 48 |- Versatile PIC development Board for 48 PIN Devices

FLARE - 48  is a compact and versatile PIC development PCB, economized for size and portability. Supporting the 16F and 18F 48 PIN range of devices, the PCB delivers an efficient and effective development experience. The PCB includes USB UART (useful for boot-loading), onbiard powersupply, ICSP header and all IO tracked to headers.

FLARE 48 - what is it?
FLARE - 48 is a PIC Microcontroller development platform that allows the avid hobbiyst and professioal user to build applications. The PCB is designed to support the PIC16F  & 18F 48 PIN devices. This family of PIC devices is highly capable with many on board peripherals, digital IO, A2D, Serial coms, etc

FLARE - 48 is designed to facilitate rapid prototyping as a key feature. The compact design is suitable for use with a bread board, and is powered directly from a USB Type connector. A two pin header is available for an auxilary power connection if needed.
